Refurbished Product Warranty

At Ultima Laptop & Photo, we take pride in our workmanship and commitment to quality. All refurbished cameras, photographic equipment and accessories are covered by a 30 Day Store Warranty against defects that are inherent to the unit. Batteries are not covered and in many cases are not included . Under this coverage we will repair or replace any defective components or software, or, at our discretion, refund the purchase price of for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover batteries, any defects or damage, whether hardware or software, that are the result of buyer modifications, abuse, neglect, defects that are noted and acknowledged by the buyer at the time of purchase, nor any issue otherwise caused by factors beyond our control.
